How we do it
Done right
We match the pressure to the surface: full pressure for concrete, driveways and walkways, and a lower-pressure soft wash for anything that would be damaged by it. Surfaces get washed down evenly so you don't end up with striping, and we tell you straight which method a surface needs before we start.
Driveways, walkways and patios collect dirt, tire marks and grime that a hose will not touch. Pressure washing takes the surface back to what it should look like.
For surfaces that should not be blasted, we do soft washing instead, which uses lower pressure. If you are not sure which your surface needs, ask and we will tell you straight.

The details
What’s included
- Concrete driveways and walkways
- Patios and hard exterior surfaces
- Residential and commercial properties
- Soft washing available for delicate surfaces
- Book alongside our other services on the same visit
Across San Diego
San Diego concrete bakes most of the year, which cooks in tire marks, drip stains and dirt that a garden hose will not move. Shaded walkways and north-facing patios hold onto grime and algae film through the cooler months, and coastal properties add salt residue on top. A proper wash takes the surface back to what it actually looks like under the buildup.
Signs it’s time
- The driveway has permanent tire marks and drip stains
- Walkways look darker than the concrete actually is
- A patio you would rather not put furniture on
- Green or black film in the shaded spots
- You are prepping the house for guests, a listing or a lease

Pressure wash or soft wash
What goes which way
Hard surfaces can take full pressure. Delicate and painted ones need soft washing at lower pressure, or they get damaged. Here is how we split it — and if you are not sure, we tell you straight before we start.
Hard, durable surfaces that can take full pressure
- Concrete driveways
- Walkways and sidewalks
- Patios and pool decks
- Brick and paver hardscape
- Block and retaining walls
Delicate or painted surfaces a pressure washer would damage
- Roofs (shingle and tile)
- Painted stucco
- Wood and vinyl siding
- Awnings and canopies
- Screens and delicate trim
What our neighbors are saying
These are copied word for word, including the ones from customers whose windows had not been touched in years.
“Grayson has been cleaning my windows for at least 6 months now, and every time his service is better. He is pleasant on the job, and does a very thorough, good job on our windows and screens. Each time he comes to my house he has a new piece of equipment, or a new technique to continually improve his service! Also a fair price!”
“Greyson worked so diligently to clean all our windows, inside and out. What a difference sparkling clean windows make, especially in our sunroom. We liked his work so much that we asked him back to clean our solar panels the next day. I highly recommend this company and will use it again.”
“Greyson knocked on my door and said they were working in the neighborhood. I had just recently been thinking about getting the windows professionally cleaned. He worked alongside his cousin Thane.”

Pressure washing questions
If yours is not here, call or text 619-716-6684 and ask.
Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
Not the hard surfaces it is meant for. For anything delicate we switch to soft washing, which uses lower pressure. We will tell you which one your job needs.
What surfaces do you pressure wash?
Concrete, walkways, patios and exterior hard surfaces. If you have something specific in mind, text us a photo and we will confirm.
What does pressure washing cost?
It depends on the area and condition of the surfaces, so we quote each job. Call or text 619-716-6684 for a straight number.
Pressure washing or soft washing, which one do I need?
Hard surfaces like concrete take pressure washing. Anything delicate should be soft washed at lower pressure. Text a photo to 619-716-6684 and we will tell you which your surface needs.
Can you pressure wash and clean windows on the same visit?
Yes. You can book more than one service on the same visit, and most customers do.
